About the FFMQ
The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) assesses five key dimensions of mindfulness:
- Observing: Noticing internal and external experiences.
- Describing: Labeling internal experiences with words.
- Acting with Awareness: Attending to oneβs activities of the moment.
- Non-Judging of Inner Experience: Taking a non-evaluative stance toward thoughts and feelings.
- Non-Reactivity to Inner Experience: Allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go, without getting caught up in or carried away by them.
